✺ ≋ Homiez Lulu Lemonade — Signal Break — Six Waters Cannabis Field Notes

These field notes document an adult relationship with cannabis. If you are below the legal age of use where you live, this archive is not intended for you. The observations collected here are relational, not prescriptive. Every body, every nervous system, and every plant relationship will be different.
These observations are relational. They document my personal experience with cannabis as an adult. They are not medical advice, dosage recommendations, or guarantees of outcome. Every body, every nervous system, and every plant relationship will be different.
Field Note Before We Begin
Before we get into terpenes, nervous systems, and loop interruption, I need to acknowledge that the moment I saw the name Lulu Lemonade, my brain went somewhere else entirely.
Straight back to The Little Lulu Show.
The theme song immediately started playing in my head.
Lulu was always getting into something.
Always creating a little chaos. Always finding a way to redirect the day.
Honestly?
Same.
Which feels strangely fitting for a strain that has become one of my favorite tools for interrupting OCD loops and helping my nervous system choose a different direction.
Some medicines arrive through chemistry.
Some arrive through memory.
This one showed up carrying both.
Opening Reflection

One of the things I continue learning through Cannabis Field Notes is that not every strain exists to carry the entire day.
Some strains become daily companions.
Some become foundations.
Some become movement strains.
And some exist for a very specific purpose.
Homiez Lulu Lemonade is one of those strains.
I do not reach for it because I want to get high.
I do not reach for it because I want to sleep.
I reach for it because there are moments when my nervous system gets trapped.
The same thought.
The same concern.
The same loop.
The same conveyor belt running over and over again.
And Lulu Lemonade consistently helps create enough space for the system to release and choose a different direction.
That is a very different kind of medicine.

Strain: Lulu Lemonade
Brand: Homiez
Field Name: Signal Break
Observed Use:
OCD interruption, loop disruption, morning regulation, daytime nervous system reset
Type: Concentrate Crumble
Consumption: Nectar Collector, Infused Joint
Terpene Profile:
Humulene — 41.38%
Limonene — 33.91%
Linalool — 12.07%
β-Pinene — 5.17%
α-Pinene — 4.60%
β-Myrcene — 1.72%
Eucalyptol — 1.15%
Observed Terpene Behavior
This profile surprised me.
Not because of the limonene.
I generally enjoy limonene.
What I have learned is that high limonene usually belongs earlier in the day.
Morning.
Movement.
Participation.
Limonene is not typically an evening terpene for my body.
The terpene that usually raises concern is pinene.
Especially α-pinene.
Pinene often creates sharpness.
Pressure.
Movement toward Boil.
So seeing both α-pinene and β-pinene present initially made me cautious.
But Lulu Lemonade taught me something important.
Terpenes operate through relationship.
Not isolation.
Not hierarchy.
Relationship.
The humulene creates structure.
The linalool softens the signal.
The β-pinene creates clarity.
And together they balance tendencies that individually might become problematic.
Instead of overstimulation, the profile creates interruption.
A change in direction.
A break in momentum.
Primary State: Entry Water
Limonene and eucalyptol open a door.
They create movement.

They introduce another possibility.
They help the nervous system change direction.
Secondary State: Structure Water
Humulene is the anchor of the profile.
The terpene doing the heaviest work.
Without the humulene I suspect this strain would become far too stimulating for my body.
Instead, it creates containment.
Framework.
Support.
Tertiary State: Elevation Water
Linalool and β-pinene support clarity without turning sharp.
The mind becomes clearer.
The signal becomes easier to track.
But never sharp enough to become hostile.
Translation
Interruption without overwhelm.
Movement without fragmentation.
Clarity without pressure.
Functional Use (Neurodivergent Body Notes)
Excellent for OCD interruption, anxiety loops, nervous system resets, morning regulation, task initiation, emotional recalibration, and active daytime use.

Less effective for sleep, deep body sedation, evening use, and long-form relaxation.
This is one of the few concentrates I regularly use by itself. Most formulations in my ecosystem involve multiple strains working together. Lulu Lemonade is different.
Usually one or two hits is enough.
The shift arrives quickly.
The nervous system changes direction.
The loop loses momentum.
The body becomes available again.
The mind becomes available again.
That efficiency is what makes this strain so valuable.
I do not need it to carry the day.
I need it to create enough space for the day to become possible.
Closing Reflection

One of the things OCD teaches is that momentum matters.
The longer a loop runs, the more convincing it becomes.
The more inevitable it feels.
Lulu Lemonade reminds me that momentum can be interrupted.
Not erased.
Interrupted.
And sometimes that interruption is enough.
Enough space for another thought.
Another choice.
Another direction.
For me, that has made this one of the most useful strains in my current cannabis ecosystem.
Cherry Zyrup creates foundation.(soon come)
Homiez Bomb Pop creates movement.(soon come)
Homiez Lulu Lemonade creates interruption.
And seeing those roles clearly is helping me understand cannabis less as isolated products and more as an ecosystem of support.
